1. Detention Fees
First 2 Hours (Free Time): No Charge
After 2 Hours: $50/hour (billed in 15-minute increments)
Maximum Daily Detention Fee: $400

2. Layover Fees
Standard Layover: $250/day
Weekend Layover: $400/day

3. Driver Assist/Unloading Fees
Driver Assistance (if required): $100/hour
Pallet Jack Usage (if applicable): $75 flat rate

4. Lumpers
Third-Party Lumpers: Cost plus 10% administration fee

5. TONU (Truck Ordered, Not Used)
Standard Cancellation: $150
Same-Day Cancellation: $200

6. Stop-Off Fees
Additional Stops (beyond first):
$100/stop (within 50 miles)
$175/stop (over 50 miles)

7. Reconsignment/Redelivery
Reconsignment Fee: $200 (plus any mileage adjustments)
Redelivery Fee: $2.50/mile (minimum $250)

8. Fuel Surcharge
Based on DOE National Average: Updated weekly.

9. Equipment Cleaning
Trailer Sweep-Out (if required): $75
Trailer Wash-Out (if required): $150

10. Weight Adjustments
Overweight Fine: $200 plus any fines incurred

11. Storage Fees
Trailer Storage (if trailer is held at customer facility): $150/day after 24 hours

12. Late Payment Fees
Net Terms Exceeded: 2% of invoice per month (or $50 flat fee)

13. Miscellaneous Charges
Team Service Premium: $0.25/mile (if applicable)
Special Permits (if required): Cost plus $50 administration fee

Terms and Conditions
1. Accessorial charges apply to all Dry Van loads unless otherwise specified in a customer agreement.

2. All rates are in USD and subject to a 30-day notice for changes.

3. Custom agreements or high-volume customers may qualify for rate adjustments.
